We had the pleasure of staying here for a little over a week, and I will tell you this is the hidden gem of Neptune. Easy check in, very reasonable rates, clean room, and any of the other guests here that I met, were kind and friendly. I felt very safe the entire time. It's a very tranquil setting, and budget friendly. I would highly recommend. And if I am ever in need again of a room, this is the first place I would come to.
